According to the Veterinary Dental Society, 80% of dogs and 70% of cats have periodontal disease by the age of three. 

The first five years of my career were spent working in a busy veterinary 24 hour emergency hospital. I saw it all – broken bones, wounds, toxicities, etc.

Canine osteoarthritis, or Degenerative Joint Disease, is much like human arthritis.  As the name suggests, it is a degenerative disease that slowly gets worse as time goes on.
